Run, don’t walk. ODP is literally focused on one thing SFDC, clients are no longer a priority, sales is a glorified CSR, processioning credits tracking orders, billing and inventory, there is no longer any communications with clients to increase revenue. Director and territories are changed quarterly as goals, KPI’s and comps - is day to day.
Of course, they will. You need to be looking for a job right now instead of reading this. Like last year, they will use the Omicron surge as an excuse to hide behind their firings. They are even listing jobs as if they really are hiring and need personnel. DOn't let it fool you, they aren't hiring.
No there won’t be layoffs they will just terminate employees to avoid severances. Don’t be surprised if you don’t turn on your camera one day or wear a color which they don’t like , you get a letter of termination next day. Like everyone said Hiring and Firing , they have worst culture!
In addition to having poor leadership they also tend to keep the worst of the worst employees to continue the horrific culture.
Most leases that are expiring are not being extended. The brink and mortar buildings cost so much.
Of course there will be. With the lack of leadership and vision , they are already bleeding a lot of money! They already have the worst employee culture of Hiring and Firing.
