Layoff notice just showed up on the California employment department website. Over 600+ on temp layoff for the Christmas holidays.
Yes, headcounts reduction from Cisco business, people get transferred out to other business/org and either they get absorbed or rut in the process, no severance package, it saved the top executives fat cheque for bonuses.
