Myself and other top talent are looking for safe harbor from the overreact of my current employer. Any word on a corp mandate? This presuming the Federal mandate will be struck down

Does PNC have federal contracts? A bit worried since that mandate still tied up in courts.
I have just heard from an HR rep that they do not require the vaccine. I’m leaving my current employer because of their vaccine requirement as well as dismal pay. If it is the vaccine you’re worried about, I would say do not worry you’re day from it at PNC.

I think PNC are desperate for talent / people not to leave but the virus has clearly driven many folks into a mass hysteria so it is difficult to predict.
