All companies change, I get that. Nothing good lasts forever, I know that as well. But I didn't expect to see things turn for the worse as strongly as they did. I enjoyed coming to work, but now the work environment is so bad that I can't wait to leave. With the wrong people in positions of power, work has become all but unbearable. I hope those on the top realize what they've done by promoting the incompetent over people who deserved it.
