Does anyone know the new CRO, Jennifer Knippenberg? She seems a little shady.
Terry and Russ have be turning in their grave minute by minute. The company is now led by the Former General Council, who is a nice guy, but he has zero vision. A GED recipient who is a train wreck in her own right (she single handily took YOH down). A former teacher who thinks her sh-t doesn't stink. A former CDI executive, who for the most part left because he and management blew a huge ho-e in that ships hull. The list goes on. If you wanna stay in the industry? Throw a rock, you're bound to hit a job in two weeks..

You are correct. Finance folks are leaving now too - fed up with the lack of accountability of the P/L owners not making budget, not being held accountable by Sr. Leadership to make budget, and then keeping their jobs. The impact is the P/L owners go immediately to headcount reductions twice annually now. It’s a vicious cycle of toxicity. Kelly is no longer a designation for top talent.
Judging by LinkedIn notifications people are preemptively getting off the sinking ship.
