Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

The new recipe for success

Being successful at Truist has absolutely nothing to do with hard work, or even having the skill set to be a competent banker. Tell your boss all his/her ideas are fantastic, shuffle spreadsheets, join your boss in sneering at clients when they have the audacity to ask for service, and commiserate with legacy STI on how cr---y a bank BB&T was. The new recipe for success!

LOL! To be honest, though, that's pretty much the "recipe for success" in any large corporation...and has been for a long time.
