Hillarious that someone thinks an AOP planned this month is going to be protected. Soon a new Sheriff will be on town and your AOP will be tossed aside and rewritten.

@1qau+1dXsfagm The irony being that you are posting this juicy bit of intel on a layoff website, are you sure that you believe it?
Yes, the senior people at this company definitely know a whole lot…
There isn’t going to be cuts. If you were senior enough to have sat in any of the AOP going on this month you’d know this.
On the one hand, the reconciliation of Aternity is probably creating some boat while the last TB cut was relatively deep. But I don’t believe they’re a 1:1, so some areas could see cuts.
In all, the $100 should give the co some cover before cuts happen.
When TB took over, they had a massive layoff right before the deal was official (guessing TB wanted the headcount off their books before taking over). My guess is they'll do the same this time.
Nah, I’m guessing January, maybe early February. This quarter’s going to be tough as it is with customers spooked over the bankruptcy, but they’re not going to want to wait too long and risk it looking like two bad signs in succession instead of one - rip off the bandaid and move forward. The big question is when Apollo is going to replace the CEO. My guess is that the new guy will come on as an “advisor” for a couple weeks, they’ll make Smoot do the dirty, then oust Smoot and the new guy comes on with clean hands. Ideally before SKO, so they can pump up the people left behind.
I would think as soon as the deal closes - could be as early as end of December before the new year.
I doubt the new board is going to allow the company to simply continue staggering along.
I'm guessing nothing before next year?
