Novartis offers competitive pay and good benefits so I think a lot of people are willing to ignore everything else that's been going on for the sake of not losing those things. There is no escaping, though, that the company's culture has shifted dramatically and that the environment we're working in now is unhealthy. Blatant favoritism, bullying that is ignored, and constant lying by managers are only some of the issues we face each day. For some people, pay and benefits are enough to suck it up. Not for me, though. I'm out.

Bullying is definitely an issue at the company - haven't experienced the same at 3 other companies I worked for. But hey, I don't stand for it and neither should you.
Ps not sure you'd be hired just because you speak some Arabic. So what? So many others do too. Let's not strut around ....
you are right, my team is sh-t after work here for a while, toxic culture and team. but i can't complain, am no skillsets and taking refugee from syria.
which location/site you're in ? the pay is handsome fat, can't complain as i am d-mb but manage to fool the interviewers with arabic skillzz... everyone plz share your experience.
