Open floor concept is a great complement for how well management understand their employee’s needs.
CEO bathroom larger space than exec’s office space speaks volumes.
Maybe crowded today but look at the bright side, by march 2nd the building will most likely be at 40% occupancy.

It’s wonderful!!! The designers should be commended for creating such a great working environment! Much better than that dingy old MRO Tower.
no…. 13 down get a commadore 64.
Is the comment about limiting employees to one monitor correct? Whose absurd idea was that one? HR?
The most overpaid construction planner in the history of the world!
technical computing superb!!
Yep. This is like standing around in a burning building hoping you’ll survive instead of running. Yeah there is a possibility you’ll lose everything but the certainty is that if you stay you WILL. The middle on up management is just pure comedy, especially when they try to talk smart
IT is watching you , winter is coming….!
Ikea showroom complete with toy monitors, just waiting for the swedish meatballs and floor arrows
This material is priceless. I always wondered how the new building would turn out for those who are still there. Folks no one company is perfect but being in the O&G peer group trust me when I say leave now and find better lives for you and your families. It’s hard to think about but it will be worth it.
One MRO. We are One Team. We all will have the same workspace, because we are all the same. Been here 30 years and previously had a corner office? Thanks for your service, here is your same one desk, one monitor, one little cubby. Oh, unless you are in land and been here a year, lets go ahead and get you dual monitors and much more space. Surely no one else needs dual monitors to get their work done. This won't create any division at all. HR? Don't worry, we got your worthless department all the privacy and inaccessible office space to come up with some other horrible ways to spend money and lower morale. And, if you are the CEO, how about a bathroom bigger than a VP's office?
We are One Team, but some are more One that others.
I particularly laughed at a VP making changes already and the pictures flying around about it.
Setting standards for correction at a high level.
Who picked the colors, nauseating.
Open environment with echoes of Teams Meetings annoying.
Headsets are awful as well as all the voices in my head. Hope I don't mess up any important number reporting due to lack of concentration ability. It would suck to have a issue any re-statements.
Brand new, clean and crisp for now.
Open environment is different, but I'm sure we'll adapt quickly.
LOVE IT!
new it is.
Love it
It’s bullsh*t
