I left HV four months ago and honestly, what I have now is not a particularly good job either. This is my personal experience, I have not had much luck, although many have and are now in companies that are much better than HV. Yesterday, I was thinking how good it might be to return to HV. So I'm interested in what the atmosphere is like in the company now, have there been any good things over the past four months or is it getting worse?

This is either a Vantara employee or a mo--n posting. The job market is amazing for anyone with technical talent. Vantara is a dumpster fire and there are a ton of great opportunities out there.
Let's see, the great resignation is happening and an ex-employee believes it's better to be back at HV with that deranged management hierarchy!?
The OP is trolling.
One of Us : from ABBA
Everything seemed so easy
And so I dealt you the blow
One of us had to go
Now it's different, I want you to know
One of us is crying, one of us is lying
In a lonely home
Staring at the ceiling
Wishing I was somewhere else instead
One of us is lonely, one of us is only
Waiting for a call
Sorry for yourself, feeling stupid, feeling small
Wishing I had never left at all
Never left at all
having second thoughts eh? HV is nothing compared to what could be.
There’s a lot of new people and more positive energy and ideas. Still lots of issues, but having been at other similar companies, HV isn’t worse off.
I believe what you're experiencing is a post-incarceration syndrome or what is commonly referred to as institutionalized. First, you hate it, then you get used to it, and enough time passes, you depend on it. You may want to buy a small used sailboat in Zihuatanejo.
I have been thinking how good it might be to return to HV too.
When you leave, did you tell them “I’ll be back! “ ?
