Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

When are the incompetent SVPs/VPs/Directors getting axed?

DH is out, ~30 more to go. I hope the entire incompetent leaders are shown the door in next 1 month. Thats the only way to save the company.

Sh-trix has the most incompetent and credit taking VPs/XVPs/GVPs/VP of any tech company. I won’t say high-tech as that would be an insult to the industry.
Make all these incompetent losers shovel sh-t in the barnyard. Then they can use their real talents for good.

IT VPs, Directors need to be evaluated immediately. I don't know how they would determine who needs to be terminated but SOS in IT. Any ideas how this can be achieved? He-l Audit/investigate the whole damn company! At this point legacy employees need a assessment test. He-l have a manager explain the work they took credit for!!!

I am actually surprised that D.H got axed. I understand it, because of all the missed forecast.

But of all the incompetent leaders, he took the fall? I guess his biggest issue was that he did not enforce any actions due to the miserable eNPS "yearly employee survey".

For Citrix to survive they need to ax another 30-50 Directors.

Pay the price with I am sure a massive golden parachute. How many ex-CEO's is Citrix still paying...

Poor DH. I guess DH paid the price for the army of incompetent leadership that assembled in Citrix over the last few years, especially in the Product and Engineering orgs.

When you have people with the caliber of entry level Program Managers as VPs/SVPs of Engineering and Product, you will pay the price sooner than later. Engineering Managers have been converted into essentially Program Managers in all the teams. I can bet 90% of the existing VPs/SVPs can not even spell technology for the products they are leading, and almost all of them are bad on people part too.

Citrix is not a product company anymore that encourages taking risk, but a control freak 'process' company that follows 'safe' practices.

@jdc, my friend, have mercy on us. We have had enough damages for the last many years. We don't need these incompetent leaders.

Yeah keep the loser managers and their sh---y culture at Citrix. Citrix is collapsing as we speak. With DH out I bet they are only waiting to be bought soon. Seems weird he was forced to step down in Q4. He really ran the company to the ground that they needed him out ASAP.

Actually I wish that none of the current fleet of Citriz SVPs/VPs/Directors/Managers are axed. Keep all of them happy there.

You want all viruses to be contained and not spread to other places and contaminate. Why ruin other good companies?
