I agree, CenturyLink had the same branding issue. They reformulated their business plan , sold off assets and focused on core businesses. They changed their name to Lumen because of the damaged image.
This ATT deal is nothing new, it's just a fiber swap.
Win and ftr will come up with some witty name like Emergent technology or something.
