Thread regarding Hitachi Vantara layoffs

GK in Trouble??

The new chairman Keiji Kojima is a very technical guy with hands on knowledge of technology. I'm sure he won't tolerate management bull sh-t around him.
GKs days are numbered in my view. This is also clear from today's announcements of new products, no mention of GK at all. It's all about the chief product officer launching the products.
So how long do you think before HV has a new CEO? Or how long before HV is merged into global logic?

They made an investment in hiring the guy, he is safe for some time. Plus its a Japanese company, they move slow. He just needs to fool them for some more time before he can cash out.

HV has been ruderless for quite some time. The $9.6B buy of GlobalLogic was final shot across the bow to sink HV. No need for this legacy boat anchor to be part of the mothership Hitatchi, LTD.
