Between the poor leadership & not being able to ship on time it seems as though management is actively working to close the doors. The number of workers who care about their job has dwindled to a handful and even they are burnt out with constantly having to pick up the slack. Management & HR are turning a blind eye to the exodus of good workers. Such a shame this was once a place to be proud of.

I feel bad for those people. They work hard and they care about their job. Unfortunately, no one in Houston care about them. If you are from Houston and they find out you care about Erie, they'll get rid of you. It's happened in the last year. I saw it first hand.
