Just like clockwork, the not-so-insightful minds at FICO have another round of layoffs before fiscal EOY. It happened in 2020 and again in 2021. Maybe the CFO is just now figuring out how dysfunctional the software team is? Are the Scores folks tired of bring in most of the revenue at FICO? Is the ever-expanding ELT going to get a a clue? In this round of layoffs, only a handful of VP's got the boot. None of the boys at the top -- who got FICO into this mess were impacted. When will the shareholders take notice?!

Was the Chief Engineer FINALLY layed off this time?
It has layoff every year since 2018. I experienced 4 times re-orgs in the last 3 year, and all of my team members were gone. I was transferred to a new group in which I work well with managers and directors. However, the big boss, the Sr director doesn't' know me much and thus I'm in the list of this year.
