Who is better at Union busting... Frontier or CWA???

If you belong to a Union, you are their product. Their only motivation is to get your dues. Your well being or success is irrelevent, They will trade most any benefit you have to ensure dues are automatically deducted from your check. All any company has to do to get a preferential deal is simply put that on the table, and tell the union agree to “X” or we will let you collect your own dues.
Agreed. My take-home pay has been steadily decreasing year over year because the agreed upon cost of living pay increase is completely overwhelmed by the insurance premium increases. Sad to say that the only thing the CWA is good for is saving the jobs of employees that really have no right to still be employed here.
The union and the company are in league with each other. When the union says it’s fighting for you it’s just theater. They’ve already made their deal with the company to sc--w you. The unions only concern is how they will continue to suck dues out of you. That’s why In a negotiation they always make sure you get a “pay raise”. They can’t raise your dues without one. Meanwhile, they agree for you to pay more in medical and lose other benefits. In the end you’re worse off than when they said “ we’re fighting for you”. The union is a racket like the mafia that used to extort businesses for “protection”
