Can someone point me to the EO or law on the book?

I just want to read it and verify they also aren’t also mandating change of gender surgery as a condition of employment. Because trust the science.

If you don't get vaccinated, you're not ready and available for work, both by federal law and company policy.

You argue they're denying you work, because you were ready and available, and did not quite your job. You dispute it and take it up the advocate ranks, all the way to level 4. Those people put the rails to corporations. THEY, are how you win your disputes. Any intelligent corporation will simply fire you with zero ties to a shot mandate.

And, for any corporation that is looking to give a 30 day suspension, you file for underemployment. They are intentionally denying you work, but not firing you. You are underemployed.

Learn how the system works, and use it against them. It always come down to being the most intelligent person in the room.

If you get fired for not getting vaccinated, you're fired for cause and can't collect Unemployment

Then you have to find a company with fewer than 100 employees that doesn't also require vaccination

It's no longer about health. It's about compliance, and proof that you, don't really own you. Your choice, regardless your stance for or against, is being removed from you. You don't own your body, or your choice of what to put into it.

If they can do this for the shots, they can do this for anything in your life. Your property. Your children. Your freedom and liberty. Don't think they can't, because they will try if this succeeds.

I'm ready to leave GM if they mandate it in the US. I've been preparing and setting my financials right. Not every job will require a shot (always loopholes), and I've set myself up to be just fine, even working at the lowly of lowly jobs, making minimum wage. Afterall, the new temporary minimum wage keeps going up. $16-$20 per hour to start. Soon to be $25-$30. As more people opt out, something is going to break.

I agree they're using Canada as a test. And it looks like they are being successful there because Canadians aren't fighting it, as they expected. Once GM knows they can force shots on employees or fire them, what's next? Pass a certain level of physical health or you don't get promoted? Benefits removed if you're don't pass a physical? Mandatory flu shot? This test will show them that they now have a way to reduce head count without severance, now and in the future. Sounds like it could never happen but who thought they'd be able to fire people for not getting a shot? All GM employees should be fighting this whether they have the shots or not. This is no longer about the shot.

This should be good for stock prices, especially when 50% of everyone Galts the system. Canada is the test run for the US. It's no wonder they've tested it on a small sample, before the large batch in the US.
