Thread regarding BNSF Railway layoffs

Strike?

With all the bs going on I know in the BRC contract it states we cannot strike, yet we have been pushed to the way side during this whole plandemic while busting a-s to keep things moving. We strike for better pay and finally get a contract passed and stop being treated like sh-t , better work conditions ect. The union is weak that’s the bottom line.

Haha. Them John deere went on strike and now got 10% raise plus more sh-t and protection to new hires. Here we are, weak, tail between the legs, nah I'll stop talking here and let you figure it out

We are not weak. We have corrupt union leadership, soft and entitled and bought and paid for. They stifle communication between the members across the system. They are entrenched in their positions by a fixed system. We need to stay organized beneath them, and find a way to stand together.
And I agree- strike!
