Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Coping with stress

It wasn't always like this.. However, ever since this company decided to squeeze their employees to the max, I have been overworked for months.. Stress is astronomical.....
For a company that cares so much about the health of its employees, perhaps it should make sure that we are not so overwhelmed with work because the consequences of stress can be very bad?

ADP is NOT the only company out there. It's an 'employee's market' right now. So much better if you move on. They don't appreciate employees at ADP. Everyone is disposable to them..

Like another commenter said, get out. Get out fast. I had breakdowns every weekend before I decided to throw in the towel and quit. It was the best decision of my life and in this job market, you will find better.

Honestly your best bet is just to get the he-l out of there as soon as you can. They are greener pastures elsewhere that’s for sure.

I was downsized five years ago and I hated place then, I can only imagine what it must be like now.

ADP does not care about the health of its employees, despite what it says which is meant for public consumption.

"Hire 'em in, work 'em hard, and throw 'em out when they burn out. Then repeat." is the ADP way.
