It’s becoming ridiculous. If any run of the mill employee remotely gets close to non-compliance with HR policies, you are forever doomed. All at the same time we have SLT members blatantly giving tens of thousands of dollars of favors to their friends over business need, getting hammered at customer events, and making fun of other employees for supporting LGBTQ resource groups. I almost regret having a friend in HR that gives me insight on the investigations that get covered up. Sure would be a shame if outside media found out about the repeated violations that get covered up.

Any Resistance to the Companys , games, results in punishment! But now wait, it all depends on the person and his, ( Beliefs). And If the Mafia, that controls without opposition, has its way, the negative voice will be silenced, and eliminated. covered up. or Crapped on , Do You think Management cares about the Truth, Or Money? I said it’s un-ethical, not unlawful. A union rep wouldn’t have done a damn thing. They rarely ever do, and would not have gotten any other result against an SLT member. It didn’t even happen to me either, so I have no legal basis to do anything. Just reinforces to me that our CRC modules are a complete joke so they can check a box saying they have an ethics program. It’s going to take some people that these things directly happen to going after them before anything might change.
You claimed several actions happened that are clearly unlawful yet said nothing and had no meeting? So you are a coward with no backbone....got it. Don't expect sympathy if you have no moral convictions.
You are not bargaining employee so you don't get the protection of having union witness in meetings....suxs for you.
