It’s amazing to me that some have spent many years here and have never tested their marketability in the meantime. Why is this happening? Is it possible that there are those who, despite everything, still think that their job is safe? I guess they think they will stay here until retirement and are not even aware of how quickly skills atrophy.
You don’t seem to understand the workforce at GA. I have seen people just not come into work… not tell anyone and nothing happen to them. The culture forces all the good people out and all that is left is the cr-p left over. If one stayed at GA - ones work ethic is bad and it will be hard getting use to putting in a honest days work
