Will they really fire those who just say no?

The problem is most people cannot think for themselves.

"The reason is increasingly obvious. Getting the vaccine is very likely to keep you out of the hospital, off of a ventilator, and ALIVE!"

Then shouldn't that be up to the individual to make that choice, and not mandated?

if you're in the ICU with covid because your not vaccinated, then that's your fault. Once again, old news.

So all you jagged up feeling blessed, has it not dawned on you yet ? Israel are on the 5th jab to be classed as vaccinated now ? How many are you going to have to take to stay compliant. Are you really that blind ?

Besides, if you can transmit covid even if vaccinated, what is the sense of the vaccine mandate.

The reason is increasingly obvious. Getting the vaccine is very likely to keep you out of the hospital, off of a ventilator, and ALIVE!

That is a very good reason to get the vaccine. 81% of hospitalized in my area are people who didn't get vaccinated. Get vaccinated. The risk of problems getting vaccination is far less than the risk to you of getting COVID.

It's not a matter of perfection, it is a matter of percentages. Go with the vaccine because it is your best chance of making it through this whole thing.

In addition, if you do not want the hospitals in your area to be overwhelmed with covid cases, getting a vaccine is the responsible thing to do. If you can't do it for yourself, do it for everyone in your community.

Stop replying to Covid BS and vaccine BS. Don't give them oxygen (pun intended). Ignore them and they'll go back to fb where they can whip-up fear and anger.

cardio myocarditis is a big issue in the young. See how you feel when your son, daughter or other loved ones get this especially when they are the ones that survive covid in the first place. Besides, if you can transmit covid even if vaccinated, what is the sense of the vaccine mandate. You're no different than the unvaccinated other than the fact you may not get real sick. We're pretty much at heard immunity between natural immunity and the vaccinated.

"Many professionals have shown that the jab is not a vaccine. It's pure evil and these people need to pay!!!"

...ummmm what?

Please clarify.

Oracle is supporting tyranny by going along with this. Do not give in. This is war against you and you need to fight back. We need to take this country back and make corporations that support tyranny and treason pay. Many professionals have shown that the jab is not a vaccine. It's pure evil and these people need to pay!!!

"And where is the video of nurse Tiffany Dover saying she is OK and how the vaccine is safe and effective after she passed out nearly a year ago on live TV after taking this?"

....what?

No idea what you are talking about. Hope this nurse is ok. Maybe she passed out from the stress of being on national tv? Or from working double shifts for 6 months? Or from some extremely rare reaction to the vaccine? Who knows?

Where are the videos of hundreds of millions of people getting the vaccine and then not passing out, not dying, and not getting hospitalized for COVID? Where are the videos of 1,700+ Americans dying from COVID yesterday, with the vast majority of them being unvaccinated?

Why do you take some infinitely small outlier and then present it as viable evidence to negate the validity of an infinitely large population showing positive outcomes to the contrary?

You must be an Oracle manager. Totally makes sense now. Clown.

Stop it. This is a layoff rumor blog. This is not fb. Most of us don't want to hear it and if we did, we'd be scrolling through fb. So, go back to fb and leave the rest of us alone. Thank you.

Dear Pfizer Employee:

What below vaccines have the new MRNA technology :

Polio vaccine
Tetanus vaccine
Influenza vaccine
Hep B vaccine
Hep A vaccine
Rubella vaccine
Hib vaccine
Measles vaccine
Pertussis vaccine
Rotavirus vaccine
Mumps vaccine
Chickenpox vaccine
Diphtheria vaccine

And where is the video of nurse Tiffany Dover saying she is OK and how the vaccine is safe and effective after she passed out nearly a year ago on live TV after taking this?

Other good examples would be:

Polio vaccine
Tetanus vaccine
Influenza vaccine
Hep B vaccine
Hep A vaccine
Rubella vaccine
Hib vaccine
Measles vaccine
Pertussis vaccine
Rotavirus vaccine
Mumps vaccine
Chickenpox vaccine
Diphtheria vaccine

Many of the above have been mandatory in many states beginning in the 19th century. Relative small numbers of people still get exemptions, which is d-mb in my opinion, but not all that much of a problem because the vast majority of people do get the vaccines. If only 50% of the people got the polio vaccine these days this country would be a total shizzshow.

Why so afraid of the new vaccines? Why does your head fill up with assumptions that there's some big conspiracy of Boogeymen that have a plan to ruin your body via vaccine? Maybe sh-t just happens in this world that humans aren't compatible with (i.e COVID), and our best and brightest are doing their best to come up with the best mitigation they can (i.e. COVID vaccine) under the current constraints? Why is that such a stretch to believe?

"And to the “inclusive” and “tolerant” user that posted recently, and doesn’t accept the mere thought of having a choice in the matter, I sincerely hope you find guidance and peace in your life. Wishing people dead is not the answer."

I'm not wishing anyone dead. I'm wishing that non health experts would quit acting like they can arrive at better conclusions than health experts on serious matters of health that affect everyone. You, me, and them. All of us. When someone's choice to be a mo--n interferes with the safety and security of the rest of the society, the society should be able to exercise its right to protect the society from the effects of the mo--n.

Examples:

Seat belts
Car insurance
Stop signs
Prescription dr-gs
Bazookas
Pants

If said mo--n wants to withdraw entirely from society, they should be free to do whatever they want as long as the impact is limited just to that person. When interaction with society is at all desired by said mo--n, big boy pants must be worn, and acting responsible to include things like not deliberately being more dangerous to the rest of society is a must.

I think Oracle is holding out as long as they can on this, and will have to accommodate religious exemptions. And to the “inclusive” and “tolerant” user that posted recently, and doesn’t accept the mere thought of having a choice in the matter, I sincerely hope you find guidance and peace in your life. Wishing people dead is not the answer.

Any clown that thinks I’m spending money on gas just to go into an office to do nothing is smoking some good stuff. I can barely muster the energy to hit reply. Today a customer told me she didn’t like what I had to say. I went on mute and laughed my bu-t off. I could care less if she renews or does her work on loose leaf. RIP Oracle.

We keep being told that work from home is going to continue for quite some time. With that being the case, seems like the question of the vaccine is pretty irrelevant from the corporate standpoint.

On the other hand, you dimwits who won't get vaccinated need to quit being so fuggtarded. Keep on keeping on or whatever, but please don't seek the advice or services of any professional in any field ever again. Clearly you are such geniuses, what with your ability to somehow take five minutes of Facebook research and arrive at the truth on this matter when damn near every actual health professional who has spent a lifetime actually studying this stuff somehow arrived at the wrong conclusion. So weird how all those experts so collectively arrived at the same wrong, not your truth, conclusion. You should be able to translate that genius ability into all aspects of your existence moving forward. Need a plumber to fix that broken sewer line in the back yard? Nope, you're a genius so clearly you, and only you, could do it the right way. Need a pilot to fly you somewhere? Nope, that would be easy for you to figure out on the fly. Got cancer on your small wenis? Oncologist smoncologist, those guys can't be trusted...you can clearly manage that.

Experts exist because the world is complicated. It would be very hard to be an expert at much of anything, and impossible to be one at everything. Case in point being most of us working at Oracle. We tend to be just OK, or even pretty crummy in our supposed area of expertise, so thinking we can go figure it all out on something like a complicated health problem is just plain stupid.

Don't be stupid. Listen to the health professionals, and go get vaccinated. Or please don't, and help future generations by taking yourselves out of the gene pool. It's your choice.

Of course the can, but having the right to do something is not the same thing as being right to do it!
