Wow the hits keep coming for McKesson. Even more people have been leaving from security these last couple of weeks. Leadership still thinks (or their statements anyway) it's due to COVID and the Great Job Switch... No it's due to leadership here. Talking with people I know, there are more looking to leave in the next few months. As I know leadership monitors this board realize it is because of you and your treatment of others and your high-and-mightiness attitude. It's not because everyone wants to be CISO as I've heard said several times. Trust me no one wants your job here, Not working for the racist and sexist NF. Can't wait for BOD to replace these people. A lot of people holding out things will get better but where have you seen this many people leave in such a short period of time, on their own due to how they were being treated. They need to send out the employee satisfaction survey to people who have left because they are not listening to the current employees. Poor leadership leads to exactly what McKesson is seeing especially in ISRM.

...and we are in this situation again, just under a new CISO.
The current ISRM leadership needs an overhaul. There are certain people that are a cancer to the company and the culture in my opinion. For example: NF, MM, TW, Never Never Land’s Uncle Steve & his crew (you know who you are), and last but not least Helen of Troy! **** em all! Nothing but Devils!
I remember, NF explicitly said in one of the MT allhands call that she simply don't care about the EOS results.
Exit interviews for resignations would be such a typical survey. McKesson doesn’t bother.
Spending money for an annual survey, conducted and analyzed by a 3rd party speaks to the laziness of Corp HR Everywhere. You got exits, mine it yourselves HR.
Fully agree. The current ISRM leadership are so delusional and arrogant. They refuse to take any responsibility and constantly find new reasons to blame the mass exodus and the low moral. They are so full of themselves, they actually think they are doing a good job.
Shocking to see so many talented people leaving and for management to keep burying their heads in the sand.
Would hope they get found out soon, but unfortunately I think they will only fail upwards here.
