If I feel that I am stagnating, I will leave job immediately. I certainly won’t stay in one place and waste my time there. Many here say they think their careers have stagnated a lot here.
So I'm interested in what's the opportunity cost of staying here, how much do you think you could have progressed if you worked in some better company instead?
It begins with stagnation...probably because you are too experienced (old) to have someone seeking a "mini-me" latch on to you and make you soar... then it becomes depression and discrimination when you show enough courage to seek help. Get out before they drag you down.

Talk to people who have left. Then talk to those who stayed. Which is the happier, healthier, wealthier group?
