Use every non-vacation day up first for PTO. Layoffs at JH happen about two times a year. A JH employee reading this will eventually be let go. Company is not North American based. Most of the jobs are in the Philipines.
Best part of working at JH/Manulife were the great health and wellness benefits.

Make sure you prioritize using those “free” extra personal days. If you were screwed over in title change from IT Career framework, make sure that squared away too
