Found this group to have very weak leadership. I saw guys/gals with 20 years experience reporting to people with 2 and 3 years of indirectly related experience. Good folks but just not seasoned. Big titles, very little horsepower. Well meaning, but not leaders. Completely disorganized, horrendous communication.....really virtually none, so ya really can't even call it communication. Completely unimpressed up to at least the Sr Director level. I been at this for a long time and really have never seen such thorough lack of capability throughout.

you are expecting too much from a company that has a track record of firing excellent performers and then changing their performance records from the back end to mediocre.
