I worked here for 9 years and recently quit, senior management has ruined the company and it's culture. The pay went from uncompetitive to absurdly low at the same time as layoffs and shameful appeals from management to "bear down" because "cost is really important now".
If GA was a public company I would be divesting immediately.
You mean GA will keep unqualified employees like yourself? It's the sentiments like yours that have the original poster and other like minded people heading for the exits at this company. This is an unprecedented employees market, and many ex-GA employees have been successful getting better jobs. So what's your plan? Continue to hang on at a company that's been failing for 40 years? What does that say about YOU? Are YOU one of those people who no one will hire because your skill set is out of date? You have 2 choices: 1) hang on at a failing company; or 2) move on to something better. I personally moved on to something much better. And I'm glad I did.
You were at the company 9 years and barely now, figured it was flaming out? Good luck getting a job with your skill set! GA has been flaming out for 40 years! Flaming out is GA’s business model! GA will survive! More layoffs and keeping the super cheap employees while at the same time hiring unqualified employees to keep the 99 cent business model running,
