The chief legal officer, her VP, two AVP and two senior level litigators, in the space of 6 months. Most on ethics allegations

People that graduate law school are typically smarter than your average Joe, which is why they’re leaving UP.

This isn't news. UP isn't going bankrupt but its a bad place to work. Everyone with transferrable skills like lawyers are leaving as soon as they can. The only people left are the ones who drank too much cool aid or have no other options.

I know for a fact they're getting bombarded with EEOC and other legal department related issues regarding the mandate. Nebraska State EEOC is absolutely FLOODED.

Where did you get your info that company lawyers are quitting? Please give details. How many have quit? What locations? Time frame? Do you have any information, or are you just trying to get a reaction? As for UP being a sinking ship, it’s not. I don’t like the execs or how the laid off employees were treated, but UP is very profitable and is in no danger of going under.
