Thread regarding ADP layoffs

VERP Round 2? Any chance?

There well may have been intentions to have another round of early retirement.
Did the overwhelming response from Round 1, COVID and the Great Resignation ki-l any chance of this?
Could the next generation product help the chances?

Anyone else hearing rumors about April / May Layoffs?

Those retention numbers are skewed. During covid, no one was putting out RFP because no one knew what their future was holding so they were essentially stuck with ADP for another year. Companies didn't know if they had the funds available to leave ADP so they didn't.

Yet another canned response by the "reputation defender" company hired by ADP. VERP conversation turns into retention and sales numbers conversation. WHY are you posting here if you have NEVER worked for ADP (hmmmmm....)?

YOU and the people whom you report to at ADP are TONE DEAF!

What you fail to respond to is the angst that ADP employees are feeling (reflected in multiple posts on this and other forums)

Potential new hires should do their research and decide accordingly!

I don't work (have never worked) for ADP and even I know that the posters on this page are a bit misinformed. ADP is in fact not failing - have you see the retention numbers, earnings, cost reductions and new sales figures? If you believe ADP is misleading the market then you should use whistleblower protocols to report that. Otherwise, I understand that you may not like HOW ADP achieved these results, but they have achieved them.

Forgive my ignorance but this is the first time I’ve heard of The Great Resignation of 2021.

Anybody have details on this, numbers, areas?

Thanks.

I truly think karma has arrived to ADP. They were cutting so many before Covid hit. Then Covid came and they didn't stop. And here came the 2021 Great Resignation. Now its really a cluster. I have recruiters emailing me weekly trying to fill ADP jobs. I keep saying "not interested."

I asked Santa for a VERP for Christmas but it won’t happen. Its demoralizing to get anniversary reminders from my moment ONLY for people in one adp locations... or seeing the only people who get promoted are also in one adp locations.
Hoping the great resignation really bites ADP. Karma for all of the talented people theyve let go because of salary or being in the wrong office.

Very low chances of VERP being offered as they are already short associates by about 10K

ADP has followed the same path as IBM. So research it and you shall find out.

The "oldtimers" know how messed up the new products are, and they see the reality of the situation. ADP is failing. The DVP/SVP/VP are people that have no clue what is going on and everything is a fire drill emergency. Our clients are unhappy, there is no resolution in sight to the failures of so many pieces of ADP. It is because we remember when ADP worked.....the introduction of next gen has created failure, and the tenured people know it.
