Looks like people are getting tired of the whole "do more with less" thing. We've lost three team members in a little over a month because they're done with being chronically overwhelmed with work for no tangible award. I'm considering following in their footsteps soon and I know many others are. Resideo will lose a lot of good employees if something isn't done about this.

Why leave? Sure the politics are horrible but we get very good money, free coke , and other benefits.

Yea ya know when good people get abused they eventually smarten up and leave. And believe me there are so many more opportunities outside of Resi where managers respect their employees and compensate them for hard work. Too many managers at Resi, especially those that have been there forever, treat employees horribly. The reason they are there forever is because they have no self confidence or skills to go anywhere else and need to treat their employees poorly to make themselves feel superior. Shame on Resi for allowing that to continue.
Do what you can, in a work day, then clock out. Don't become a prisoner of any company.
I know if you have a strong work ethic it may be a hard thing to do, but the bottom line is, if you need more people, you need more people. Period.
This is tiring… we have started selling assets to raise the stock, that’s a real issue.
Anywho, I have decided to call rohit the QA-non shaman of GV Rezi considering how he uses politics to stack others through 3rd parties, likes to wear a crown with horns, and seems overtly obsessed with showing off his xxxxx
It’s the end of the day and we are tired of the Austin and GV complains about being overworked while they are the one doing less work than anyone else, but asking constantly for promo and raises. We will do everything to make rezi successful but the PMO practices of GV pushing our former QA people to sell themselves politically and perform as PMO and companions for local Aston directors has to stop. It doesn’t befit our culture. We are not a benefit for weird couples. This is disgusting and tells a lot about those aspiring to be CTO in GV
