Suddenly a barrage of criticism as if I was the worst UP employee ever. It's not a problem for me to take criticism for something that is really badly done, but when I work more than ever, then I'm really not willing to tolerate criticism that has no basis. Some tolerance is needed anywhere you go, but still the question is how willing is someone to tolerate all kinds of nonsense?

@1gal I couldn't have stated that any better! I've been hearing stories about the execs that are worried about the failing metrics, and convincing the levels of management to step up enforcement of random and pointless sh1t to improve on those metrics. Just as you stated, people just don't care anymore and they're leaving.
They’re just getting desperate. They keep cracking the whip but the assets aren’t sweating as much, they’re leaving.
@pdy nailed it. This place is so dysfunctional all you can do is laugh.
At UP, you’ll be criticized no matter what you do. Get used to it.
I find great amounts of inspiration from The Three Stooges to deal with and understand other employees nonsense. Some days , all I can do is laugh at the silly things I see and hear at work.
You were prob the guy that kept sh-----g in the urinal after our janitor the booshitter Duran cleaned them.
If you're not a model employee, then you should be an exceedingly tolerant one.
