I am finding a new job already been at rac 2 weeks throw me on a route to call all these past due people like the whole store is past due tell me good luck go to homes people moved out or tell me to f off want to fight me over what job ain't worth it then u have this dm threatening my job before I leave going to tell him to go that s×it and bounce stop renting to people that are trash 🗑

I don't even bother asking what people names are anymore or getting to know the employees they always quit in the first 2 months if not the first day ....

I am going to quit this week I think can't do another week of this job worked there for a month it's the worst got me going into covid homes doing deliveries and the guy I do deliveries with has covid and he was out then he returned 3 days later without a covid test because we are short staffed force me to work with him and these customers look green and sick and I am in there home well thats coming to a end this week can't do it anymore ..

They need to have a in house program to help these people cause that benefit plus denies everyone and you have to wait for ever and keep the account current which in these times with covid is impossible but as far as everything else goes yeah credit is double digits in every category its impossible to manage with 3 people myself included deliveries, sales ,credit running a Skelton crew most the time people call out everyday or quit it takes sometime months to fill the spot if they don't quit in the first month it's actually depressing working at rac same things everyday they want all these sale in a pandemic and people can't afford what they already got but hey give them more stuff then you look like a hero on sales that weak then when it is time for them to collect on it it's a different story rac is just way to expensive and weekly payments 20 bucks sounds great a week then u think people got 4 or 5 account that's 100 bucks a week 4 hundred a month these people you have to fight with for a payment every week and that auto pay is a complete joke people get the stuff and cancel the card so then you get that nice long page of all the customers that had their card declined they need to chill with all these sales until we get credit under control adding more people to the problem is not the solution I don't know what the future hold for rac but harassing the same people every other day on the slt list they just said they don't want anything then calling them a day later because I have to pi---s people off most already opted out of texts and calls all these warning on the screen what makes you think calling them a day later is going to make them want anything .. I don't know happy hunting those 15 plus account for that guy on here we probably ain't to far from that either...

No on time payments, no product, no coworkers, no customers = same ol story at rac. Like I said before, it cant all be about cash flow, there has to be profitability. Its not even smoke and mirrors anymore, just BS.

Half my store is out with covid or quit already and the customers are literally coughing on the delivery people they quit so quick I can't believe they are making us go in homes wonder why everyone is quiting again just me and 1 person in the store and credit is out of control

Same everywhere have a bunch and I mean alot with covid out of work and we are supposed to work with them but the dm wants money or pick up no sympathy at all going to end up picking up like 50 or 60 agreements it's that bad losing alot cuz we get emails to work with people but it's different when it comes to store level that message gets lost in translation
