We’ve been terribly understaffed for months.
Looks like I'll just have to accept this and move on?

GAC has made a name for itself and it’s not a good one so don’t expect them to be at full staff anytime soon.
Agree HR is just there to protect the company. They recruit, hire and pay big relocation expenses knowing they’ll be laying that same person off in just a few years. They sign off on exemplary performance evaluations, but give no opportunity for promotion cuz they be chucking you out the door. HR lawyers craft employment agreements and then hold you hostage on you severance when they dump you on street during a pandemic. I laugh my behind off every time I hear whining about how short staffed they are. They had the ba--s to try to give me my job back after treating me like a piece of dog cr$p. Like really? You think I have no self respect? Advice for anyone considering gulfstream. It’s a Schittshow. Stay away.
HR’s only function is to protect the company. NEVER speak to them about anything.
Does anyone trust HR? Do you feel like they even do their job? Why have so many of them left the company?
Oh goodie! More HR Business Partners of Diversity and Inclusion Training!
There’s some HR jobs open on the board.
That sinking ship is understaffed because the word is out about GAC, no one wants to go there. I left a few months ago and that was the best thing I had done in a long time, there are plenty of other jobs out.
We will be short staffed until the next RIF.
My old department was a little short-staffed before the 2019 RIF. I think they're less than half of that number now.
