I've noticed that Accenture is quick to get rid of older employees because they cost more. I guess the leadership is too focused on profits to realize that they are much more valuable than new employees despite being paid more due to the wisdom and experience they have that only comes with time. Luckily, there are plenty of companies that still value knowledge and experience that will be happy to sn---h up anybody Accenture is stupid enough to get rid of. This is something that will cost the company greatly in the long run.
Take Accidenture for what it is: a third-rate training ground, where you suffer atrocious management and low salary. And once you have beefed up your salary, time to jump.
People make mistake of viewing what Accidenture is. They gobble up the Kool-Aid and overstays their welcome. For those people, just hope that Accidenture kicks you out to tell you to apply your developed talents elsewhere.
