This was a miserable place. It was made clear that they were not interested in you as an employee, they wanted you to complete your project and move on so they could hire your replacement at a lower cost. It is about the numbers only, and you are in their way.
This is my experience as well. They kicked me out just ahead of the holidays without a second thought. I'm still salty about it.

Well you were "warned". Every staffing company in town told people that visited about DST being a sweatshop. "lets submit your resume somewhere else" was the phrase. Some of you were vain enough to believe you were different and special. But you were not. Only the top 10 people in the company mattered. Nobody else. Since 1978 its been WELL KNOWN that DST treated their employees like total dirt and worse. How many hours of sleep have people lost because they were abused, lied about, tormented, not trained, blamed for everything that went wrong etc? Thousands! Thats why the DST "leaders" keep a low profile in KC. Actually many are probably in semi-hiding. Can you imagine a former DST top dude going out in public alot? No way. They ho-e up in their mountain top estates.
DST does not give a $hit about any employee and have not cared for the last two decades. The last decade has been a slaughterhouse as they threw thousands of employees out the door with no remorse at all. Upper management thought of their employees as a magots on a pile of $hit. They never cared about anything about employees except age, salary and days of vacation the employee had.
Wonder if the blue prism people are reading this... or it's all - oh we're great, we love you so much, we love our employees, we have corporate values, etc. then the door closes and the guy with the hooded black cape and axe comes in... and you hear muffled screams behind the door of employees that you cared about.
