If you were MR75 eligible on 7/31/2021 ATT retired you when you transitioned to DTV on 8/1/2021.
If you were within 24 months of reaching MR75 on 7/31/2021 you received secondment back to ATT until the date you attained MR75.
If you reached MR75 more than 24 months after 7/31/2021 you are not eligible.
