Many jobs are being sent to Serbia. I’d love to know if their experiences with NCR are similar to mine here in America, that is, I wonder what employees overseas think of this company. Surely they don’t think much of it either, no matter how important their jobs are to them.

I worked for NCR for 30 years and then my job was sent to Serbia. We had to stay and train them. They were not ready when our time was up. The CEO sucks and my director that we had for two years and never met sucked too as he never fought for us.
NCR is trash.
NCR is a stepping stone. Even the Serbs will be running for the door when they realize NCR is taking advantage of them and there's a better job with opportunities down the block
I assume it same as it was with India. Ncr became a stepping stone since they found out IBM down the street was paying more, as well as other company’s over there.
Us tried to unionize but it wasn’t successful but except in NY region
Right now I imagine some Serbs are tickled pink to have jobs but they're not stupid because on the other hand I've heard a revolving door has started already there. Listen, it doesn't take long to figure out NCR is taking advantage of you and you're off to another company that pays better. NCR is going to have their hands full once one of the worker unions have their foot in the door. If you do a little research on the workers unions in Serbia you'll discover they don't play nice. Mullet boy may have bit off more than he could chew this time.
