Hired all these people back in Wilmington and most people still sitting around with 0 work. Don't get to comfy. Flights are way down and people aren't going to retire like they are hoping. If you had a decent job and quit to come back, you better break out your knee pads.

As for the “high profile” people leaving Wilmington, so what? HR folks & the plant manager don’t make chips. No value added to parts by them. I will agree the plant managers position not getting back filled prior to his departure is odd. Upside down Org. Chart explains all that. But them flow leaders though. . . .
With all the high profile people leaving..Wilmington doesn't have a future anyways. 5 year plan is in in full swing. Ride it while you can.
The mask are as useless as the vaccine. The vaccine in which people received and are now told they’re still not fully vaccinated.
"Must track forward" = Gotta keep making money for the rich, bootstraps, blah blah blah, whatever. If you think wearing a mask is too hard, you're a special kind of weakling.
Unfortunate to hear about that, however we must track forward. Keep the rag on your nose if you’re worried, or just stay home.
