Looks like the most recent post provides your answer why the good people leave. GVR has given them no reason to stay. He wants his own people in the key roles. Some leaders are like that. No promotions to SVP unless hired by the GVR regime. Diidn’t realize that was the criteria.

Willis is a kind leader yet is not afraid to ask questions or challenge direction. He does it in a nice way but can be pointed. GVR hates that type of leader. He wants followers. The “good” ones either self selected out or were terminated. The list is long.
