Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Just like the vaccine mandate didn't work. We should all get attendance one

The percentage of employees who didn't get vaccine was gonna hurt the already short handed boards imagine if everyone got a attendance one .would they fire us or change attendance policies?

The OSHA mandate is likely to fail, hence SCOTUS placing an injuction on it's enforcement. The CMS/Medicare mandate stay was lifted based on the argument that the staff works DIRECTLY with vulnerable populations AND that a religious exemption was available.

So.... #1 We don't work directly with vulnerable populations, and #2 with SCOTUS telegraphing that access to religious exemptions are important, I suspect UP's DRACONIAN exemption policy is going to have to loosen up big time in order to be compliant.

So if 30 percent had attendance one and they knew that it would harm business as far as not enough crews for trains they would still fire us .
