Does DST fire the guilty parties for se-ual misconduct or lay them off? Seems like a layoff might be a quieter thing to do and not be as news worthy. Imagine DST in the 1980's if they had this policy - I can think of 6 top DST leaders fired for this se-ual misconduct!
