It's a toxic culture with below industry compensation and greater turnover than the New England Patriots (post-Tom Brady). At my new job, my comp. is more than my manager's manager!!
Tech takes certain people to develop, and all those people left. GA is going nowhere!

If you compare GA to the big boys then your statement is true. But GAs business model is not to compete with the big boys. Look at all the contracts GA has secured the last 30 years! GA is a lower level areospace company and is pretty good at securing contracts no one else wants
