I feel insulted listening to this, they are pandering to the masses using "safe" words to make everybody feel happy that we won't be getting raises, bonus. Kind of like when smart people talk down to you to really hide the fact that they can't stand you.

WOW! What a toxic person she is, you can tell she will backstab anybody who gets in her way.

She can be CN CEO, why not be TC CEO?

Does anybody even understand what he is saying? Sounds like he likes to hear himself talk. We are now d-mber for listening to this and wasting an hour of lives.

So why are we celebrating someone who would be exposed to TC strategy going to a competitor?

Isn’t CN in part a competitor to TC? The whole rail vs pipe thing?

Wow the leadership at this company has taken such a turn. In a matter of days we lost 2 highly respected female leaders and all I see in the fake emails from Francois is males being promoted in their place. Not that I am some sort of feminist by any means but it’s sad to see.

OMG can't wait to see Fr@ncois's town hall, trying to convince us he cares after they lowered bonuses and wiped out performance shares.

He's like a C Movie actor, it's baaad. It's not compelling. It's not convincing. It's totally transparent. I don't think he knows. The emperor has no clothes!

Horned rim glasses takes out another rival…

…it’s very fascinating to watch this political power grab play out in the leadership vacuum of Uncle R stepping aside…

…Covid and a change of guard presented the perfect opportunity to take over and escalate power and control…

…it’s amazing but tragic to watch an organization’s culture being destroyed by ego almost over night…

“Let’s go get it!

It's amazing how they can't keep a structure stable to save their lives. Two executive VP's gone in a week.

Francois is such an inauthentic lightweight, no idea how he became CEO. The leaders jumping ship and low employee morale tell you everything you need to know. And yes, absolutely more carnage to come.

Seems like they liked Tracy Robinson a lot more than Leslie. At least based on the tone of the recent communication.

Yes, there will be more layoffs and adjustments, it is part of the constant change at TC. They can’t officially make moves until the Feb 1 time frame due to compensation and locks in place in SAP. The USNG has”interim VPs and Directors in place until they finish the moves.

Well, she probably did pursue other opportunities but once she put in her notice they probably walked her out the door. You don't expect her to stay part of the senior team when she has one foot out the door do you? Change is constant, the sooner you believe that the better off you are.

Effective immediately just like that? Cmon now it’s pretty easy to tell that she didn’t leave by choice.

I thought she “left to pursue other opportunities”

Nobody ever told you there would 100% be no layoffs or changes coming.
