C: care less
You need one more C.
Cronyism?
if staff did not speak up Joshua Burgin would have become yet another racism at vmware. We have many at Velo

E: embarrassing for all
P: pitiful nod to dei
I: incompetent executive leadership
C: care less
the company has a leadership problem and this exposes one aspect of that. Several need to resign over this. This wasn’t a breakdown in process. It was one good ole boy hooking up another that was “having a bad day!”
"Patel also told employees that VMware was unaware of the allegations
against Burgin when it first offered him the job."
Translation:
We did no due diligence on this hire.
Does this not scream incompetence or corruption to you?
massive failings
MFBG.
Bird of a feather flock together.
Two things stand out for me in this report
- "Patel also told employees that VMware was unaware of the allegations against Burgin when it first offered him the job."
what really.... you can't do a simple google and read statements from back in Sept 2021 publicly available - massive failure
- “I don’t know if Joshua will work out or not. But I now feel very strongly that our current leadership has failed us.”
totally agree with this comment.... massive failings on both leadership and HR
