Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

We need raises to reflect cost of living abs inflation increases the last 2 years!

Allstate needs to give us raises to adjust for the cost of living increases in inflation over the last two years. We can’t survive on 2 to 3% raises that we’ve receive for the last 5 to 10 years. Groceries, gas, rent ,etc. all have gone up. Can someone get this message to Tom Wilson , our leader please!

US policy positions have more to do with cost of gas, groceries, etc.

This company is just ethically corrupt.
I could no longer support or work for a company that couldn’t care less about their employees. Especially the front line ‘grunts’ as they’ve been called in previous posts.

But they hold this company together doing the work. Hi India.

The inflation started ONE year ago, not two. What happened ONE year ago?

Fact check:
CEO Tom Wilson & Glenn Shapiro do not care about the employees, customers or the Allstate product. They care about the shareholders profit.

This is going to be a tough year of inflation , rising costs of daily essentials like gas, groceries, rent, etc. Allstate laid off half the claims staff the day after Thanksgiving in 2020 so don’t expect anything from Tommy Bly Wilson and Glen the Butcher but a warm cup of IDGAF this year for raises and cost of living adjustments. Merry Xmas you filthy animals!

Corporate greed at its best! Quit this place like I did 2 weeks ago. I finally realized we weren’t getting help in claims and there was no help
Coming in the form of new hires to help alleviate the workload and volume. I’m at progressive now making $5k more plus end of year bonuses!

Raises have already been determined for this year. The pool of money to give raises was about 20 percent more than normal

Real talk: if you don't get paid enough, and have good skills, why don't you go where you're paid enough? Doesn't matter about inflation or anything else
