So now requiring all employees to be vaccinated and boosted. Odd timing when we know the vaccine doesn’t work against omicron. Starbucks even dropped their mandatory. Is this just a way to reduce the workforce?

I would prefer that the company I work for not make medical decisions for me. There is enough evidence to support opposition to this vaccine especially if you have had Covid a couple of times.
You have the right to find a workplace that meets your needs, beliefs, etc…no one is making you stay with your employer. Go find that workplace! Numerous employers decided mandatory vaccinations is the best way to protect people and business continuity. The narrative of reducing workforce is counterintuitive to current business needs / market. Hope you find your happy place.
