Working from home because you fear for your safety, and will encounter crazy dangerous criminal on your commute should be reason good enough why an EE should be able to WFH. Not to mention exposure and coming in physical contact to disgusting people who probably have Covid or some other vial contagious disease! WTF because NYC Is dangerous and it’s politics is immoral to all law abiding, hard working people.
Don’t go back, don’t return. Working from home is the new expected norm. Embrace and enforce it with your management.
What is up with pushing people in front of trains? Ge-z.
It is very relevant because returning to the office makes zero sense. The companys lack of direction is why much of the talent is leaving. Our competition who is embracing WFA, now have the first mover advantage and will attain the talent from other old school brick and mortar antiquated business model institutions.
