Am I the only one who is noticing the exodus of employees that's currently taking place? What's going on?

Everyone notices that Regions will only give business loans to doctors, but they've put together some phony weekly business program so that they can pretend that they want to help small businesses, while blaming the flunkies in the branches for not bringing in small businesses. Why won't Regions just admit that they don't want to work with blue collar workers?
Most employers are doing much more for their workers than Regions is doing for theirs. Regions has low pay compared to their competitors, yet they continue to force their workers to sell sell sell stuff that most customers aren't even eligible for. Ironically, the big wigs pushing this sells culture down to the peons only work 9-4 Monday-Thursday, while the peons are working six days per week, including Saturdays. Hard to take the big bosses seriously when they're on the golf course, while trying to force their slaves to sell credit cards to desperately poor people.
Do they know something I don't?
