Federal Contractor Mandate Blocked Nationwide

Good day. Very good day. Ball lies in GF’s court if they want to move forward as a private business with a mandate or drop it.

Looks like everyone needs to brush up on their law and see Global is bound by this, unless they go the direction as “private,” meaning, not a state or federal entity. Going public, in stocks, has nothing to do with this. The same thing happened with the OSHA mandate, and that is frozen all over. The Biden administration backed down.

If those that don’t want the vaccine “need to leave the science to the virologists,” does that mean that those that disagree with the blocked mandate “need to leave the law to the lawyers,” and keep out?

Asking for a friend.

It's just a district court in GA... it will be litigated, until then GF will continue to enforce the mandate

First paragraph in article in today's Washington Post

"The total number of reported coronavirus cases in the United States marched toward 50 million early Tuesday, as New York City imposed a vaccine mandate for all private employers, federal health authorities warned against travel to several European countries, and more nations tightened restrictions on the unvaccinated."

GF will proceed with it. It's only "blocked" until the legality of the mandate is adjudicated or a strong enough argument to uphold can be made in the meantime
