I bet you're one of those lazy HR people that do the bare minimum.

When I was asking my manager the reasoning behind certain decisions at one time he blatantly mentioned that you can leave if you don’t like the decisions and guess what I did.

@1fno Nailed it! Almost 85% of the work force in my department were fresh college grads under 30 at some point. They stick around 2 years max then they quit and leave behind incomplete and mediocre work that needs to be picked up. That is why the attrition rate seems too high. Some of them also come with the Mr/Ms know-it-all attitude and they get defensive when you point out their obvious mistakes.
There is nothing wrong with hiring some fresh college grads, however you can't make them the majority of your work force. That is not a sustainable business.

Started in this industry in the 90's.. It hasn't changed much. Most or the turnover in headcount I see are the under 30 crowd, many in their early 20's who have less than 5 years in the industry. Been the same for a long time. IBM, Intel, Micron.......

Would like to see Global open up the wallet a bit and spend some real money and hire more experienced industry professionals.

@ntr I agree, there's nothing wrong with seeking improvement at your current job. Some people see value in their position and think if it can be improved then they should at least try. Unfortunately, there are forces sometimes that prevent that. There's no need to cut ties right away.

Wanting what's good for the company is not complaining. If every unhappy person quit, the company would fail. Manangers are employees who need feedback.

Having a "just quit then" attitude shows you're not a leader and hope for the sake of this company, you're not a manager.

Exactly! If someone has marketable skills why would they come here and complain ALL the time. Just move on and use your "Great" skills somewhere else.
